Joel joined our company in 2021 as a field assistant. He spent the first 2 years simply helping our field teams fulfill deliveries. Matt joined our company in 2015 as a field assistant. He was eager to learn how to install tents and quickly became our top tent installer and field team leader. He is notorious for “always finding a way”, regardless of the situation or difficulty of the installation at hand.
