Special Terms & Conditions:

1. Membership Eligibility – In order to become a qualified member, you must be;
   1. 18+ Years or Older
   2. Legal US Citizen
   3. A Maryland, Pennsylvania, Virginia or DC Resident
2. Exclusive Savings – Exclusive savings and promotions will be offered to members only. Exclusive savings cannot be combined with any other discount or promotion. All deals and promotions are subject to individual terms and expirations. Offers are only valid during the dates in which the offer is active. Each offer can only be used once per customer and are only valid on new orders.
3. Unlimited Rewards – Dreamers+ members will earn 1% (DreamersEDGE will earn 2%) in rewards on all rented items only. Excludes tax, delivery, services, damage waivers, fees, discounts and/or adjustments. (ie. DreamersEDGE member A, rents a tent for $500 and after tax, delivery, etc the order total is $750. Member A will receive $15 in rewards. This scenario is only provided for example purposes and does not represent a real scenario) Rewards will only be provided as credits toward new rental orders and cannot be redeemed as cash-back. Rewards will be eligible upon the final sale and completion of an order. Rewards can only apply towards rental items. While rewards will never expire, all reward credits shall be forfeitted if unused. Clients must have an active membership in good-standing in order to redeem rewards. Any outstanding balances or defaults shall void the eligibility of rewards usage.
4. 5% Off All Tent Rentals – Excludes extended rentals. Only valid towards 1-day tent rentals. Only valid towards tent rentals and does not include accessories.
5. Online Ordering – You acknowledge that while online ordering is being promoted as a membership benefit, it is currently unavailable. Our online ordering platform is currently being developed and you will receive a notice once the platform is live and available for use. Once active, members only will be able to place rental orders directly online. All rental terms and conditions will be applied and each order will be subject to approval by Dreamers Event Rentals.
6. Special Payment Terms – DreamersEDGE members only, will be eligible for special payment terms. Special payment terms may vary per customer and shall be subject to approval. Special terms may include but not limited to; 0% down, low or interest-free financing or Net30. Standard rental agreement terms and conditions may apply. Contact your event specialist for more details.
7. $250 Referral Bonus – As a DreamersEDGE member, you’ll be eligible to receive up to $250 in reward credits. Reward credits are only valid towards non-discounted rental items and excludes delivery, service fees, tax and adjustments. Earn a max of $250 in bonus rewards by referring up to 5 contacts. Eligibility Requirements:
   1. Your referral MUST sign up as a DreamersEDGE using your unique referral code provided to you at enrollment.
   2. You and your referral MUST have at least one rental order placed.
   3. No duplicate referrals allowed. Only valid towards new referrals.
   4. Referral bonuses will be available for use once both you and your referral has completed a rental order with our company.
   5. Bonus rewards cannot be converted to cash and/or combined with any other discounts or promotions.
   6. Bonus rewards may expire 1 year prior to receiving date of the rewards.
8. DreamersU – Dreamers University is a private hub offered to Dreamers+ & DreamersEDGE members. You will gain access to this exclusive program immediately once the program is launched. DreamersU shall be used as a resource for information and makes no guarantees. While the content within DreamersU is considered valuable and provided by professionals, it is recommended that you use your best judgement when planning your event and only use the information provided within DreamersU as a suggestion. Some content within DreamersU may be provided by third party sources. DreamersU content is owned and reserved by Dreamers Event Rentals and cannot be reproduced, sold, transferred or shared with any individual or organization. Downloadable content shall be used for personal use only. Failure to honor this policy may result in strict penalities, fines, legal actions and potentially a lawsuit. Members will be responsible for all fees associated to any lawsuit or legal case for misuse of DreamersU content or general misconduct. Members will be removed from DreamersU for any misconduct or upon closure of membership.
9. Live Delivery Tracking – Dreamers Event Rentals uses a third-party application to provide live delivery tracking. Dreamers Event Rentals reserves the right to share your contact information with our partnered software company in order to provide live delivery tracking. Our live delivery tracking feature provides real-time updates for clients to conveniently track your delivery.
10. Price Match Guarantee (“PMG”) – Verification of alternative price quote will be required. PMG will only be valid on rental items of the same size, style, brand and quantity. Acceptance of PMG shall void any other promotion or discount and is not eligible to earn rewards on price-matched items. Alternative quotes must clearly present the same event date, line items and event details. PMG will only be honored towards licensed and registered rental companies within 30 miles of 12300 Owings Mills Blvd Suite 8, Reisterstown, MD 21136. Subject to review and approval by Dreamers Event Rentals.
